Added 'usecache' param to xaruserapi/getcache (default value: true) which
allows the category cache to be ignored. Used in xaradmin/viewcats.
Version to 1.4.1.

The above changes break compatibility with Xaraya < 1.2, especially items 3, 4
and 5.
Version to 2.4.0.
Added inputsize modvar, to set the default size attribute on select elements
with multiple="multiple". Validates as 'int:2:', default value 5.
Expanded dependency declarations.
Use CSS to indent category <select>s.
Many form layout corrections, and template formatting improvements.
Use jQuery Treeview plugin to display category tree, which now degrades to
nested UL's. Added cats-branch include template.
Dropped xarincludes/HTML_TreeMenu-1.1.5 and xartemplates/admin-viewcats-jscript.xd
Implement id values for select elements in hook templates.
Remove usage of $_bl_module_func in xartemplates/includes/admin-menu.xt (QA check).
